AC- Servomotor - rotary - standard

Servomotors DBL/DBK Datasheet (700kB)

The synchronous servomotors of the series DBL/DBK are brushless three-phase motors for high quality servo-applications. The servomotors have Neodymium permanent magnets in the rotor. Because of standardised flange and shaft dimensions the gear fitting is no problem. The motors are equipped with two-pole hollow-shaft resolvers. As an alternative these motors are available with high resolution encoders. Retrofitting is not possible. The length of the motor depends on the feedback type. The motor can be delivered with or without a built-in holding brake. Retrofitting is not possible. The motor length will increase with an installed brake.

Options

  • holding brake
  • shaft with keyway
  • radial shaft-sealing ring
  • vertical mounting sockets for resolver and power connections
  • built-in high resolution EnDat encoder
  • second thermal protection contact

Typical applications

The motors of the DBK series are very suitable for room-restricted installation areas.

AC- Servomotor - rotary - direct drive

Direct Drive Rotary Datasheet (130kB)

Direct Drive Rotary (DDR) servomotors of the Goldline DDR series are multipole hollow-shaft motors (8 to 16 pole- DDR - AC-Servomotor - direct drivepairs) with their own bearings and a high-resolution encoder system. They are coupled directly to the load through hollow shafts (direct drive) and enable very precise and nonyielding drive solutions. They offer a number of advantages when designing innovative and competitive machines and plant. Direct Drives are integrated into the design of the machine, together with your components. This results in the best, most efficient use of the space available. Drives with DDR motors are maintenance-free, and run more quietly and with better dynamics than drives that use gears or toothed belts.

Direct mounting gives you backlash-free power transmission. And this is the precondition for outstanding control-loop characteristics and high-precision positioning. All in all, the performance of the machine is considerably enhanced.

  • simple modifications to the Direct Drives can turn your application into a customized product.

Linear actuators - systems

ERIKS also delivers complete linear systems. This means motor (any type) connected to a piston, timing-belt or screw-lead linear unit, with a suitable controller and, if desirable, application software.

We can distinguish two systems:

  • Standard complete solutions with DC-supply voltage up to 80W from IAI
  • Customized complete solutions

If standard solutions does not fit your requirements, we can design and select components out of our wide range of standard products combined with inhouse engineering capabilities. This way we can design economical combinations for small and medium sized series. We can design linear solutions with all motor types such as DC motors, Steppers, AC-Servo and A-Synchronous motors.

AC Servomotor - linear - direct drive

Direct Drive Linear Datasheet (108kB)

These linear synchronous motors consist of a magnet track (secondary section) and a lamination stack with a 3-phase winding (primary section). The linear motors generate a smooth, direct linear force. The load is coupled directly to the motor. Gears or couplings are not required, so these motors can be used to design an extremely stiff and backlash-free drive. Various feedback units (Hall effect sensors for low accuracy requirements, or high-resolution linear encoders for maximum precision) can be applied, so that when they are combined with the ® Servostar series of digital servo amplifiers you have linear drives for all imaginable applications. The linear motors of the Platinum DDL series can be subdivided according to 2 basic concepts:

Ironcore:

Ironcore linear motors for high thrust, available with or without water cooling for the primary section.

Ironless:

Ironless linear motors with coreless windings (no cogging, low mass of the primary section, no forces of attraction between the primary and secondary sections) for very smooth running or high acceleration of low masses.
